Fuel Gal Privacy Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2026

Paul Murray Oil, Inc. ("PMO," "we," "our," or "us") provides Fuel Gal, a mobile application and web portal used for dispatch coordination, storm response, and day-to-day fuel delivery operations. This Privacy Policy explains how PMO collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information through Fuel Gal and its related support services. Fuel Gal is a private workforce application for authorized PMO personnel, drivers, dispatchers, and partner vendors; it is not offered to the general public.

1. Information we collect

We may collect the following types of information through Fuel Gal and its related support services:

2. How we use your information

Fuel Gal information is used to authenticate authorized users; coordinate assignments and deliveries; display current and last-known truck positions to authorized dispatch personnel; document fuel deliveries and related work; support safety, billing, auditing, and dispute resolution; diagnose technical problems; secure the platform; and comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share your information

PMO does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be shared with authorized PMO personnel and applicable Partner Vendors for dispatch and operational coordination; with customers as reasonably necessary for service verification, billing, or proof of delivery; and with technology providers that host, secure, map, monitor, or support Fuel Gal. These service providers may use the information only to perform services for PMO and are required to protect it consistently with this Policy. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

4. Background location

Fuel Gal collects location data in the background only while a Driver is assigned to an active Dispatch Assignment. This allows authorized dispatch personnel to confirm truck position, coordinate deliveries, route Drivers to active sites, and respond when a Driver needs support during an assignment.

Fuel Gal requests "Allow all the time" or equivalent location access because these functions must continue when the app is closed or not actively in use. Fuel Gal does not use location information for advertising, does not sell location information, and does not use location information to score, discipline, or evaluate individual Driver performance.

Location sharing ends when the applicable Dispatch Assignment ends or is closed by dispatch. A Driver may revoke location permission through the device settings at any time; however, doing so prevents live dispatch tracking and may make the Driver unable to participate in an assignment for which Fuel Gal is required.

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

The Fuel Gal web portal may use cookies and similar technologies to support authentication, security, preferences, and application functionality. Browser settings may allow you to limit cookies; however, doing so may affect certain features of the web portal.

6. Data security

We implement reasonable physical, technical, and administrative measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure.

7. Your rights

Depending on applicable laws, you may have the right to:

We will only process your data when we have a lawful basis, such as fulfilling a contract, complying with legal obligations, protecting legitimate business interests, or when you have given consent.

10. Links to other websites

Fuel Gal may contain links to third-party websites or services. PMO is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties.

11. Data retention

Raw GPS coordinates are generally retained for approximately 30 days. Assignment breadcrumb information may be retained through the end of the applicable storm and for approximately 30 days afterward. Aggregated route information may be retained for up to one year, and de-identified fleet statistics may be retained longer.

Delivery records, photographs, assignment documentation, and other operational records may be retained as needed for billing, customer service, insurance, audits, claims, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Information subject to a legal hold, backup cycle, or other legal obligation may be retained longer. When information is no longer required, PMO deletes it or de-identifies it in accordance with its retention practices.

12. Updates to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
